The restaurant can host up to 70 people. There is also an outdoor kitchen and a large heated terrace providing a unique viewpoint over the cathedral.
Clients can enjoy local cuisine made from fresh ingredients while sitting outside in such an unusual and authentic location. The restaurant is located in an industrial decor inspired from the beginning of the 20th century.
The design largely takes its roots from the firemen’s world and thus blends in perfectly with the building itself. Julie Fuillet wanted to recreate a space inspired by the firemen’s casual and friendly mood. The chairs and walls are blue with a bright red line, as a way to pay tribute to the firemen’s uniform just like the cognac leather and ladder fittings.. The floor is made of terrazzo which was a commonly used material back when the station was built.
